Cus­tomer Pri­vacy Policy


Green­GrassLife accepts pay­ments through Chase Pay­ment Tech. You do not need a Chase Account to uti­lize the system:

You can choose the Chase Pay­ment Tech Option dur­ing check­out. After you sub­mit your order click the “Pay Now” but­ton. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT hav­ing to sign up for a Chase Pay­ment Tech account.

Pack­ages will NOT be sent until the pay­ment has been received. Cus­tomers are obliged to pay within three days of plac­ing the order. Green­GrassLife will pro­vide you with one addi­tional day (that’s four days total). If pay­ment has not been received on the fourth day, the trans­ac­tion will be cancelled.

If you are hav­ing issues with Chase Pay­ment Tech or any other aspect of the trans­ac­tion, please do not hes­i­tate to con­tact us. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

All orders will ship within 3–5 busi­ness days from the date of pay­ment. All pack­ages will be sent via UPS GROUND to avoid exces­sive ship­ping costs. We only ship to the con­ti­nen­tal United States, Mex­ico and the all of Caribbean. When ship­ping over­seas, cus­toms can delay pack­ages by up to 6 weeks.

All orders are sent via UPS Ground, unless noted oth­er­wise. If pri­or­ity or first-class-mail is pre­ferred, please notify Green­GrassLife prior to mak­ing the purchase.

If the ship­ping address is dif­fer­ent from the address pro­vided through our site or Chase Pay­ment Tech, please con­tact Green­GrassLife prior to pay­ment. If what you pro­vide on our web­site and/or Chase Pay­ment Tech addresses are dif­fer­ent, and no spe­cial instruc­tion has been pro­vided, Green­GrassLife will send the order to the address pro­vided through our site.

Refunds & Exchanges
If upon receipt, sprouts or prod­ucts are spoiled and evi­dence of poor qual­ity can be proven, we will issue you a full credit for the prod­uct pur­chased. How­ever, at this time, ship­ping dates and times can­not be guar­an­teed so ship­ping costs can­not be credited.
